Ladybug Party Theme

ladybug02

Although my crafts order from France (which I needed to complete this photoshoot) still hasn’t arrived, I decided I couldn’t wait any longer to show you my third Pigeoni Folle Party Theme. Part 2 will hopefully follow in the next few days. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for my package to arrive soon.

This third Pigeoni Folle Party Theme is all about ladybugs! Red, green and white are the main colours for this design.
The little red tricycle that I used in the photoshoot is actually the bike that I rode when I was just a little kid/pigeoni. It was just perfect for this theme. Very glad that my mom kept it in the attic for all this time.

The ladybug theme consists of 2 types of party favors:
Some eye-catching red favor pouches made of tissue paper that all have a label tied around them.
You’ll find the instructions on how to make the pouches on Marthastewartweddings.com. (How to make a paper Dahlia) Very easy to make and not at all expensive.

For the second favor I looked for an inexpensive gift that fitted perfectly into the Ladybug Theme. I found these little ladybug bath soaps for only 1 euro each. You can buy them at all local gift shops. I bought mine at the Kinderplaneet in Baal, Belgium.
It’s always nice to give your guests something they can take home and remember the party by. The labels can be used as name tags as well. So lots of different uses. Just be creative!

When dressing up your party buffet table, make sure to use napkins and straws that fit the Ladybug Theme. It’s such an extra if you see that vibrant red or green in all the little details.
As usual all these labels can be made in any color you like and personalised with your own text and names.

If you want to know more about this theme, be sure to drop me a line through the contact form.

Have a great party week!
